Press Pause is very excited to invite you to join us for our Masterclass FREE Online Series running once a month from April to August 2022. Together with the wonderful Frika and Eimear, Nadine will offer a taster of self-inquiry ‘The Work’ on a number of topics, including holistic health and voice creativity. Just a taster of what we offer in our incredible 7-day immersion Press Pause Retreat taking place on Lambay Island in September 2022.
April’s topic will be Stress and Overwhelm and it will be on Sunday, 17 April from 9:00-10:30 am Irish time. If you experience stress, feel overwhelmed at times and want to learn how to work with the thoughts that would cause your anxiety, this is for you. After the high demand for our 2021 retreat in Ireland we decided to offer another one in September 2022 again in its second home on Lambay Island, Ireland. The dates are from 17th September till 24th September 2022 for 7 nights).

Frika and I have been in touch often about the Press Pause Retreat – we had so so hoped that we might be able to go ahead in April 2021 after moving it from September 2020, but having weighed up all the potential pros and cons and many different options include moving online, we feel it is better for us to further postpone our time together to autumn 2021. We are delighted to let you know that the retreat will now take place from:
22 October – 29 October 2021.

We will offer a Midsummer Cleanse Weekend Retreat on 26 and 27 June 2021 from 9am till 1pm Irish time each day. It will focus on The Work and Nutrition (a little taster of things to come in our face-to-face retreat). Our Midsummer Cleanse will take you on a journey into yourself – your mind and your body. This retreat will guide you in Inquiry – The Work of Byron Katie on stressful thoughts.
It will be practical and powerful based on all we have learned and will give you a taste of our Press Pause 7 Day Retreat.
